9 in a row - blah!

Well, the D'Backs found a way to lose again today! 9-5 on a walkoff grand slam home run by the Detroit Tigers. They lost last night via a walk off home run too. They seem to find a way to lose regardless.

I get to go watch them lose in person next Saturday July 3rd up at the BOB. My friend Tim had an extra ticket. We were going to get to see Randy Johnson pitch that night, but Johnson was given an extra day off this week, so he pitches on Tuesday and then Sunday. Too bad. He should record his 4,000th strikeout in either his next start or the one after that. All he needs is 8 more to reach that lofty plateau!
